  I have been coming to your business in Leura Mall for many years. I can confidently state that I have rarely found more courteous, friendly, helpful people in a business, ever in my life. You are the most professional, the loveliest people that go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. I am always greeted with the most pleasant, most gracious and warmest welcome when attending your business and always leave feeling completely contented. You all are amazing, fabulous people.
  Each and every one of you deserves an excellence award.
  Please ensure all staff see this message and please pass it on to your managerial executives.

  It’s the only pharmacy in Leura unfortunately. We say unfortunately because most of the staff are lovely but one sourpuss behind the ‘pharmacy counter’ ruins this congenial atmosphere. We know a number of other locals and shopkeepers who have encountered her lack of empathy and dismal attitude who share the same opinion. When you ring the pharmacy to discuss this sad attitude you are just told she may have been having a bad or stressful day and /or it’s the stress due to this Covid Virus situation. That’s such a cop out from the Management - as other businesses seem to be operating with a smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. If she (the sourpuss) is experiencing so many many many bad days - perhaps some counselling is in order, just for her own benefit. You need to go to the Pharmacy because you’re not well and/or you are in pain. You don’t need to be met with a ‘pain’ and have to face a sourpuss as well.

  I find the staff helpful, but instead of talking they should pay attention to the front registers. First standing in line at the register should be served first, not shoved aside for someone who walked in afterwards!
